Team Building Event EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG
As a CityHunters team guide I had the pleasure of leading a lively team building event on July 9, 2025 at 2:00 pm for seven employees of EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG in Baiersbronn. The meeting point was Hauffs Fairy Tale Museum – an ideal starting point for our iPad Tour. After a brief introduction to the CityHunters app and the iPads the participants were split into two teams and the adventure began.
In perfect summer weather the groups explored Baiersbronn in a playful way: between Rinkenmauer, Rinkenturm and the picturesque Baiersbronn Seensteig they had to solve tricky puzzles and complete creative team challenges. The teams were on their own and competed in a friendly contest for the most points. The app connected the groups, displayed the scores and added extra momentum to the Scavenger Hunt.
The focus was clearly on fun and the team building experience in Baiersbronn: communication, speed and a good plan were rewarded just as much as creativity. As team guide I was available by phone during the tour and could provide support if needed, keeping the tour relaxed and safe for everyone.
After about two and a half hours we met again at Hauffs Fairy Tale Museum for the award ceremony. The winning team was Powerboys with 330 points. In second place were Schnitzel Hunters, also with 330 points. At the end each participant received a personalized certificate as a memento of the shared experience.
This iPad Tour clearly showed how the team building experience in Baiersbronn combines modern technology with local discoveries.
