Team Building Event Syna GmbH
On July 9, 2025 at 9:30 am I had the pleasure of welcoming the seven participants from Syna GmbH at Friedrich-Stoltze-Platz in Frankfurt as the CityHunters team guide. After a short, motivating introduction we explained the schedule and how to use the tablets with the preinstalled CityHunters app — the perfect start to our team building experience in Frankfurt.
We split the group into two teams and off they went: with tablets, coordinates and exciting tasks the teams set out independently to collect points. The stations led them past well-known corners of the city — among others the Römer, the Kaiserdom St. Bartholomäus and the Alte Oper were part of the route, which revealed surprising finds and stories along the way. The mix of puzzles, creative team tasks and small challenges generated plenty of laughter and lively cooperation.
During the tour the groups were on their own and competed against each other in a friendly rivalry. Points were awarded for correctly solving puzzles and successfully completing tasks. I was available by phone throughout the tour in case any questions or issues came up — in most cases a few quick tips were enough to keep the flow going.
The weather was quite pleasant and ideal for an active city exploration: not too hot and comfortable enough to enjoy the walks between stations. Conditions like that encourage togetherness and help both concentration and fun shine through — exactly what we had hoped for from our team building experience in Frankfurt.
After about three hours both teams met again at Friedrich-Stoltze-Platz for the joint awards ceremony. The atmosphere was celebratory, scores were compared and successes were celebrated. It was particularly nice to see how participants brought different strengths to the table and got to know each other better.
Activities like this combine a spirit of discovery with genuine team feeling — a team building experience in Frankfurt that is fun and memorable. I am already looking forward to the next adventure with a motivated group in this vibrant city.
