Team Building Event Hilti Entwicklungsgesellschaft mbH
Our Geocaching event combines a love of puzzles, discovery and team spirit into a dynamic experience that encourages fun and collaboration.
On July 8, 2025 at 11:00 AM I welcomed 39 colleagues from Hilti Entwicklungsgesellschaft mbH to Elias-Holl-Platz as a CityHunters team guide. After a brief introduction the participants were split into five teams had the rules explained and familiarized themselves with the CityHunters app. Thus began a lively team building experience in Augsburg that brings city exploration and shared fun together.
The route led the groups across Augsburg city center past landmarks such as the Fuggerei the Augsburg Town Hall and the Cathedral of Our Dear Lady. The teams were on their own during the tour competing in a friendly contest for the most points. Points were earned by correctly solving puzzles and by completing creative team tasks that repeatedly required cohesion and communication. As guide I was reachable by phone and offered occasional hints otherwise the rule was to try things discuss and think together.
The weather cooperated and the mood was relaxed and motivated. Many moments clearly showed how through Geocaching we not only rediscovered the city but also created genuine team building experiences: shared aha moments loud cheers when tasks were solved and the joy when a clever idea led to success. Team building experience in Augsburg thrives on these moments of shared achievement and spontaneous team dynamics.
After three hours everyone met again at Elias-Holl-Platz for the awards ceremony a fitting finale to an intense time together. First place went to the team The Winners with 375 points. Second place went to Grantler with 360 points closely followed by 4 fun also with 360 points. The joy at the awards presentation was great and provided a pleasant shared ending.
This Geocaching event once again demonstrated that team building experience in Augsburg can be playful exciting and unifying. Anyone who wants to discover the city while strengthening the team will find exactly the right mix of culture puzzle fun and teamwork here.
