Team Building Event 4nes Information Technology Services GmbH
Perfect summer weather accompanied our Murder Mystery Geocaching and set the mood from the start.
As team guide I welcomed the five participants from 4nes Information Technology Services GmbH promptly at the agreed meeting point at the Schlosskirche in Bonn. After a brief introduction we explained the plan, split the group into two teams and equipped them with tablets – the app was their compass through the mission. The first challenges already showed that a team building experience in Bonn can be lively and varied.
Armed with technology, curiosity and good spirits the teams set off to search for clues through the city center. Our route took them past well-known spots such as the Beethoven House, the Bonn Minster and Poppelsdorf Palace, which turned into surprising settings for mini crime scenes. Participants collected clues, solved puzzles and completed team tasks to earn points for their squad. I was available by phone throughout the tour in case of questions or problems; otherwise the teams were on their own, competing with each other in friendly rivalry.
The combination of puzzles, city discovery and interaction promoted exactly what we aim for with our events: collaboration, communication and lots of shared laughter. A team building experience in Bonn shows itself here as practical and effective — learning and experiencing in an atmosphere that motivates and bonds.
After three hours everyone returned to the starting point at the Schlosskirche to compare results and hold the awards ceremony. I was pleased to congratulate the winning team 4ens for the best performance: an impressive 240 points! The atmosphere was jubilant and the pride in the shared achievements clearly palpable.
This Murder Mystery Geocaching was an excellent example of an active team building experience in Bonn: suspenseful, inventive and unifying. It showed how much fun the city offers when you explore it together as a team and discover new sides of Bonn.
