Team Building Event 4Soft GmbH
The weather was simply perfect for our Geocaching adventure on July 4, 2025 at 3:30 PM in Nesselwang. As a team guide for CityHunters, I welcomed 37 employees from 4Soft GmbH at the Explorer Hotel an der Riese and we set off on an engaging experience full of puzzles, discoveries and team spirit.
After a short introduction and a briefing on the app, six teams got underway: tablets in hand, curiosity in their eyes and the center of Nesselwang ahead of them. Our approach was clear: work independently, support one another within the team and enjoy solving problems together — all in the spirit of a team building experience in Nesselwang.
The route took the teams to various stations featuring tricky puzzles and creative team challenges. Whether it was a clue near the historic St. Andreas, a task with a view of Nesselburg Castle or a quiz about Maria Trost, brains and cooperation were needed everywhere. During the tour the groups were on their own while also competing in a friendly race for the highest score.
As guide I was reachable by phone in case questions came up or technical support was needed. After exactly two hours the app guided all teams back to the starting point at the Explorer Hotel, where the awards ceremony took place. Moments like these not only strengthen collaboration but also remain a vivid reminder of a successful team building experience in Nesselwang.
And the results? The winning team was Team Oanser with 420 points. In second place Team 4 with 420 points. Third place went to die zwei lustigen Sechs with 390 points. The joy over great performances, the shared laughter and the fair competition were what mattered most to everyone.
Geocaching in Nesselwang was once again the perfect combination of adventure, city exploration and team building experience. I am already looking forward to more events where teams rediscover the charming corners of Nesselwang and celebrate their successes together.
