Team Building Event Apleona Infra Services GmbH
The weather was perfect and set the scene for our assignment in Marktheidenfeld.
As a CityHunters team guide, I had the pleasure of welcoming 23 colleagues from Apleona Infra Services GmbH at Hotel Zur schönen Aussicht on July 3, 2025, at 4:15 PM. After a brief introduction we split the group into four teams and explained the concept of Murder Mystery Geocaching: tablets with an app guided the teams to different crime scenes around the town, where puzzles and team tasks were waiting to be solved.
The mood was lively and focused from the start — just the right mix for a genuine team building experience in Marktheidenfeld. On our route the participants saw the town center from a fresh perspective, passed the Main Bridge, discovered hidden corners of the old town and crossed the North Bridge. Each stop offered new clues that could only be cracked together. Success required not just clever thinking but clear communication and cooperation.
Over the two hours the teams were largely on their own, competing in a friendly challenge for the most points. Points were awarded for correctly solved puzzles and well-executed team tasks — creative approaches were rewarded just as much as clever problem solving. I remained reachable by phone throughout the tour in case any questions or minor technical issues came up.
At the agreed time all teams returned to Hotel Zur schönen Aussicht, where the excitement peaked during the award ceremony. The winning team received medals and everyone had the chance to share their experiences and look back on the afternoon. Moments like these really strengthen the sense of togetherness — a true team building experience in Marktheidenfeld, exactly as hoped for.
This Murder Mystery Geocaching event once again proved that discovery, suspense and shared success bring people together. I look forward to the next team building event and to more groups who want to explore Marktheidenfeld in this playful way. A team building experience in Marktheidenfeld is simply great fun.
