Team Building Event NexMart GmbH & Co. KG
The concept of our iPad Tour combines modern technology with playful city exploration and dynamically strengthens team spirit.
As a CityHunters team guide, I had the pleasure of leading an iPad Tour for NexMart GmbH & Co. KG in Stuttgart on July 3, 2025 at 3:00 PM. The meeting point was the restaurant Hallo Emil on Inselstraße, where I warmly welcomed the 82 participants and we finished forming the groups: twelve motivated teams set off on the adventure.
After a brief introduction to using the iPads and the CityHunters app, the teams got underway. They explored Stuttgart independently, solved puzzles and tackled creative team tasks — points were awarded for correct answers and successful challenges. The app displayed live standings in real time and added an extra competitive edge. As team guide I remained reachable by phone in case any questions or technical issues arose.
The route took the groups past well-known city sights: from the lively Schlossplatz through the impressive Staatsgalerie Stuttgart to the Old Castle and the Collegiate Church. The mix of culture, history and interactive tasks made clear how much fun a team building experience in Stuttgart can be and how shared challenges bring people together.
The weather cooperated, and the atmosphere was both upbeat and focused — exactly the right combination for a successful team building experience in Stuttgart. Some teams relied on speed, others on creativity and teamwork. Laughter could be heard everywhere, along with discussions about strategy and the shared celebration of small victories.
After two hours all teams reconvened at the restaurant Hallo Emil for the awards ceremony. At the top of the leaderboard was Team 10 Lime Green with 360 points, followed by Team 9 Pink Pathers with 330 points and Team 2 True Pink with 315 points. The winners received their well-deserved medals — a lovely end to an energetic afternoon.
Events like this show that an iPad Tour is more than a city tour — it is a vivid team building experience in Stuttgart where fun, technology and collaboration come together perfectly. I am already looking forward to the next time we rediscover Stuttgart together and continue bringing teams closer.
