Team Building Event Robert Bosch GmbH
On a bright, sunny day we set out on 01.07.2025 for an active, cheerful afternoon full of discoveries — perfect weather for a real team building experience in Ludwigsburg.
As the CityHunters team guide I welcomed 19 participants from Robert Bosch GmbH at 15:30 at the Forum am Schlosspark on Stuttgarter Straße by the water sculpture. After a short introduction and dividing into four teams our Geocaching event began: tablets, puzzles and plenty of exciting challenges were waiting to be solved. The mood was immediately lively, curious and motivated.
During the tour the teams were on their own, competing against each other in good spirits. Points were awarded for correctly solved puzzles and creative team tasks — teamwork and communication were essential. I stayed reachable by phone the whole time in case questions or problems came up and was delighted by how many great ideas and solutions the groups produced.
This kind of team building experience in Ludwigsburg mixes fun with meaningful collaboration: participants discovered both well-known and hidden corners of the city, learned from one another and experienced Ludwigsburg in a new way. Along the route some stops led close to the Ludwigsburg Residential Palace, past the Film Academy Baden-Württemberg and through charming lanes within sight of the town church — ideal backdrops for small competitions and moments of discovery.
After 2.5 hours all teams met back at the starting point for a joint awards ceremony. The winning team was Squad 5 with 330 points. In second place was Alpha Squad, also with 330 points. Third place went to Holgerdecides with 315 points. The joy over good placements and shared achievements was clearly noticeable.
This event demonstrated once again that Geocaching is a wonderful way to strengthen team spirit and to rediscover Ludwigsburg. Whether the Residential Palace, Favorite Palace or the creative corners around the Film Academy — every stop added to the experience and provided plenty to talk about for the rest of the evening.
I thank all participants from Robert Bosch GmbH for their energy and enthusiasm. A team building experience in Ludwigsburg thus becomes more than just a scheduled item — it is a shared experience that lingers long afterwards.
