Team Building Event cituro GmbH
The 14 participants from cituro GmbH met promptly at Elias-Holl-Platz, ready for an exciting murder mystery adventure through Augsburg.
As the CityHunters team guide I welcomed the group, gave a short briefing and then split everyone into two teams. Each team received an iPad with our CityHunters app and after a compact introduction the iPad Murder Mystery Tour began. The atmosphere was immediately full of anticipation, making it the perfect setting for a team building experience in Augsburg.
The teams were on their own during the tour and competed in friendly rivalry for the most points. Points were awarded for correctly solving puzzles and skillfully completing team tasks. The integrated map function and the case descriptions on the tablet made navigating the historic city center both easy and exciting.
Our route took the teams past well-known sights such as the Fuggerei, Augsburg Town Hall and the Cathedral of Our Lady. At these locations they not only took photos but also deciphered tricky clues, so exploring and puzzling became the ideal team building experience in Augsburg.
During the entire three hours I was reachable by phone in case any technical questions or uncertainties came up. The groups worked with focus, discussed, divided tasks and motivated one another, which is exactly what good team building achieves.
After three hours everyone met again at Elias-Holl-Platz for the awards ceremony. The winning team Rewe City triumphed with 360 points and received medals. In second place was team Gewinner with 345 points. The awards presentation was cheerful and appreciative, a nice conclusion to an intense shared experience.
The weather cooperated and the mood was both lively and productive. On an iPad Murder Mystery Tour participants discover not only puzzles but also the hidden sides of the city. A team building experience in Augsburg thus becomes an unforgettable event that remains a topic of conversation in the office for a long time.
