Team Building Event Bisure GmbH
As a CityHunters team guide I had the pleasure of welcoming a fantastic group from Bisure GmbH in Münster on June 26, 2025 at 5:00 PM. Our meeting point was Café Pension Schmidt on Alten Steinweg, a perfect starting spot for our shared adventure. The mood was positive and curious from the start: 12 colleagues split into three teams, ready for a genuine team building experience in Münster.
After a brief introduction I explained the format and how to use our app on the tablets that the teams would use to find the stations. We went over the rules, handed out the tablets and formed the teams. The mission was to decode clues, solve puzzles and complete creative team tasks — all with the aim of collecting as many points as possible. This is how our modern Geocaching experience begins: exciting, interactive and ideal for a team building experience in Münster.
The route led participants to well-known spots and little hidden corners of the city center. Passing sights such as St. Paulus Cathedral, the Prinzipalmarkt and the Prince-Bishop’s Castle, each team had plenty to discover. The mix of culture, puzzles and movement produced lots of laughter, surprising aha moments and real collaboration — exactly what strong team building experiences in Münster are about.
During the two-hour tour the teams were mostly on their own, delivering a fair neck-and-neck competition. Points were awarded for correct answers and successfully completed team tasks; I remained reachable by phone during the tour in case anyone needed help. The pleasant weather added to the good spirits and made the outing a thoroughly enjoyable experience.
For the awards ceremony everyone reconvened at Café Pension Schmidt. First place went to the team Pink panda with 285 points and they received their well-deserved medals. In second place was Pinguin with 240 points, and Panda took third with 150 points. Shared experiences like this strengthen team bonds and create lasting memories. I look forward to the next Geocaching event and many more inspiring moments centered on team building experiences in Münster.
