Team Building Event SEO-Küche Internet Marketing GmbH & Co. KG
As a CityHunters team guide I had the pleasure of welcoming a wonderful group from SEO-Küche Internet Marketing GmbH & Co. KG to a Geocaching event in Dresden on June 26, 2025. The meeting point was Theaterplatz, where we set off at 10:00 AM. The mood was immediately full of anticipation and perfect weather accompanied us all day.
After a brief introduction and the distribution of the tablets, the 17 participants were divided into three teams. With the CityHunters app and clear rules, the teams set off on a discovery tour through the city. I explained the process and remained reachable by phone during the tour in case any questions or technical issues arose.
The teams worked independently and competed against each other in a friendly rivalry. Points were awarded for correctly solving puzzles and completing team tasks. The concept combined playful competitiveness with genuine team bonding — exactly what a good team building experience in Dresden is all about.
The route took the groups to some of Dresden's most beautiful spots. Between the Frauenkirche, the Semperoper and the Zwinger there were exciting moments, surprising discoveries and plenty of laughter. The combination of culture, puzzles and collaborative problem solving makes our Geocaching format an ideal mix of sightseeing and team building experience in Dresden.
After three hours all teams met back at Theaterplatz for the joint award ceremony. The competition remained suspenseful until the end: the winner was the team Georg & co. Kg gmbh with 330 points. In second place was bautmo with 315 points, followed by GPS-Ninjas in third with 255 points.
It was impressive to see how differently the teams worked together and combined their strengths. This experience was not only great fun but also strengthened team relationships in a lasting way — a perfect example of an effective team building experience in Dresden.
Whether a company outing or a department event, Geocaching in Dresden offers the chance to experience the city anew while growing closer as a team. I am already looking forward to the next adventure in this wonderful city.
