Team Building Event LVM Versicherung
As a team guide for CityHunters I had the pleasure of leading a special Murder Mystery Geocaching event for LVM Insurance in Münster on June 25, 2025 at 3:00 PM. 109 participants met me at Syndikatplatz, were divided into 18 teams and after a short introduction were sent off with tablets and our dedicated app to search for clues. The mood was excited from the start — an ideal team building experience in Münster.
Our route took the teams across the historic city centre. While solving the cases and tasks the groups passed well-known spots: from St. Paulus Cathedral via the Prinzipalmarkt to Münster town hall. Technology and adventure went hand in hand: the app marked crime scenes, provided hints and presented puzzles that could only be solved together. The result was an engaging mix of brains, communication and speed — genuine team building experience in Münster.
During the tour the teams were largely on their own and competed in a friendly contest for the most points. Points were awarded for correctly solving the puzzles and for successful team challenges. I was available by phone throughout the game to answer questions or assist with minor issues — a reassuring presence for all participants.
The weather cooperated and provided perfect conditions: sunny, bright and ideal for an exciting city exploration. After two and a half hours all teams met again at Syndikatplatz for the awards ceremony. There was great joy when the winners were announced: 1st place went to team Drache with 305 points, followed by Team 9 with 300 points and DVS with 285 points.
As a guide I am always impressed to see how these experiences bring people together. Murder Mystery Geocaching combines fun, puzzles and shared successes in a way that forges lasting connections. Whether for a company outing or a summer team building event this format is a memorable highlight.
