Team Building Event PS Healthcare Services GmbH

Perfect weather greeted us that afternoon and set the mood for our Geocaching event on 24 June 2025 at 4:30 pm in Ulm.

As CityHunters team guide I welcomed 14 participants from PS Healthcare Services GmbH on Kronengasse. After a brief greeting and an explanation of the program we split the group into three teams. Armed with tablets and the CityHunters app, the teams set off ready to discover Ulm from a new perspective.

Our route took the groups to both well-known and tucked-away spots in the city, passing highlights like Ulm Minster, the town hall and the Bread Culture Museum. The challenges ranged from tricky puzzles to creative team tasks — perfect ingredients for an active team building experience in Ulm. During the tour the teams were on their own and gave their all in the competition for the most points. I remained reachable by phone and helped with questions or technical issues.

The aim of the event was clear: have fun, work together and experience Ulm in a new way. That’s exactly what happened — conversations, collaborative problem solving and many smiling faces showed how effective a team building experience in Ulm can be. The mix of puzzles, navigation and city exploration strengthened team spirit and produced genuine aha moments.

After about two and a half hours we met back on Kronengasse for the award ceremony. The ranking was tight and exciting: in first place was team 4 and 1/2 ????¿ with 285 points, closely followed by the Flinke Flamingos with 270 points. Third place went to Team 1 with 255 points. The winners’ joy and the applause from everyone demonstrated how rewarding a shared experience like this is.

Geocaching combines physical activity, thinking and team spirit — ideal for a team building experience in Ulm. It was a thoroughly successful evening in Ulm: relaxed atmosphere, beautiful locations and plenty of team spirit. I’m already looking forward to the next adventure with CityHunters and to helping more groups discover Ulm in this lively way.
