On June 24, 2025 at 4:00 PM I met 11 participants from REWE Markt GmbH at Kohlenmarkt to start an exciting Geocaching adventure. After a warm welcome and a brief introduction I explained the procedure, split the group into two teams and demonstrated the CityHunters app on the tablets provided. The excitement was already tangible: a team building experience in Regensburg combines the fun of solving puzzles with energetic city exploration.
With the devices in hand the teams roamed the city independently and visited well-known sights such as Regensburg Cathedral, the Stone Bridge and the Old Town Hall. At each station there were tricky puzzles and creative team tasks, with points awarded for correct solutions. The mood was motivated and friendly; teams tackled the challenges in competitive mode, with a clear focus on communication and cooperation. The weather cooperated, adding to the positive experience. I remained reachable by phone during the tour so I could quickly assist with any questions without disrupting the groups dynamics.
After exactly three hours everyone met back at Kohlenmarkt for the award ceremony. The suspense was high: the winning team was Team 2 with 345 points. In second place was Team 1 with 255 points. The closing round was full of celebration, laughter and reflections on the most creative solutions.
