Team Building Event SKF Monikahaus
The sun was shining, giving us perfect weather for an exciting Murder Mystery Geocaching through downtown Frankfurt.
As the CityHunters team guide I had the pleasure of welcoming the 13 participants from the company SKF Monikahaus on 18 June 2025 at 11:00 am at the Hauptwache by the Katharinenkirche. After a brief introduction the participants were split into two teams and given the clues they needed for their adventure — including tablets with our app that displayed the game stations and cases across the city. Thus began an intense team building event that combined fun, suspense and a genuine team building experience in Frankfurt.
The route led the teams past well known spots such as St. Bartholomew's Cathedral (Kaiserdom), the Römer and the Alte Oper. At each station they had to solve puzzles, collect evidence and complete joint team tasks. The challenges were designed to demand communication, creativity and cooperation — ideal for a team building experience in Frankfurt.
During the entire three-hour game the teams were on their own, competing in a friendly contest for the most points. I was reachable by phone in case of questions or technical issues. The blend of digital guidance, real locations and tricky cases turned the city exploration into an interactive experience that repeatedly made the participants laugh and think.
After exactly three hours everyone met again at the Hauptwache by the Katharinenkirche for the awards ceremony. I was very happy to announce the winning team The best of with an impressive 285 points. Second place went to Team Jung with 45 points. The mood was exuberant — a great sign of how successful a team building experience in Frankfurt can boost cohesion and motivation.
Events like this show the potential of shared experiences: you see the city from a new angle, strengthen team spirit and above all have a lot of fun. I am already looking forward to the next Murder Mystery Geocaching and more unforgettable moments in Frankfurt.
