Team Building Event SCHAEFFLER VEHICLE LIFE SOLUTIONS GMBH & CO.KG
The 13 participants from SCHAEFFLER VEHICLE LIFE SOLUTIONS GMBH & CO.KG met punctually on 23 May 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Alte Oper in Frankfurt, eager for two hours of puzzles, team challenges and discoveries.
As the CityHunters team guide I warmly welcomed the group and explained the iPads and the CityHunters app. Then we split the group into three teams and the adventure began: a team building experience in Frankfurt combined with a high-tech Scavenger Hunt across the city center. Teams navigated independently to various stations and completed creative tasks that required observation, ingenuity and cooperation.
The route took participants past well-known landmarks — besides the Alte Oper, stations around the Römer, the Kaiserdom St. Bartholomäus and the Städelsche Kunstinstitut were part of the tour. It created a wonderful mix of history, culture and modern technology that made the team building experience in Frankfurt especially lively.
During the tour the groups stayed in close competition, earning points for correct answers and joint team tasks. I remained reachable by phone for questions or technical support. The weather was fine and the pleasant light helped create a motivated atmosphere — ideal for solving puzzles together and rediscovering the city.
After exactly two hours everyone met back at the Alte Oper for the awards ceremony. The winning team Yes and... scored 270 points and celebrated the victory. In second place was team Alpha with 240 points, and third place went to Fantastic 4, also with 240 points — a tight, exciting result that reflected the strong team spirit of all groups.
This event clearly showed how a team building experience in Frankfurt brings together fun, communication and shared experiences. As the team guide it was a pleasure to see colleagues grow closer through the iPad Tour and to experience the city from new perspectives.
