Team Building Event Safilo Spa
The perfect weather set the mood as I, serving as the CityHunters team guide, welcomed the 78 participants from Safilo Spa at Dam Square on May 15, 2025 at 3:30 PM.
After a short, motivating introduction and the distribution of tablets with the CityHunters app, the groups were formed: 12 teams set off on a lively Scavenger Hunt across Amsterdam. The team building experience in Amsterdam showed itself at its best — exciting puzzles, creative tasks and the shared hunt for clues naturally encouraged conversation and collaboration.
The route took the teams past well-known spots and offered constant surprises: a view of the Paleis op de Dam, a detour near the Rijksmuseum, or a souvenir photo by the Westerkerk — Amsterdam revealed its charm. The team building experience in Amsterdam here meant not just competition but above all shared discovery and enjoyment.
Over the three hours the teams were on their own, collecting points for correctly solved puzzles and successful team tasks. I was available by phone throughout the tour to answer questions and provide technical support if needed. The mix of concentration, fun and team spirit was apparent — ideas, debates and hearty laughter could be heard everywhere.
After exactly three hours everyone met back at Dam Square for the awards ceremony. Excitement filled the air as the results were announced: the winners were The Stochastics with 375 points. In second place was Optical challenged with 360 points, closely followed by Safilo Seekers, also with 360 points, in third. The winners proudly received their medals — a fitting finish for a dedicated team.
This Geocaching event once again showed how well team building experience in Amsterdam works: energizing, connecting and simply great fun. I look forward to our next shared discoveries in this unique city.
