Team Building Event BCG
The weather was perfect: a light breeze, clear air and a lovely evening, ideal for our iPad Murder Mystery Tour through Mitte. On 13.05.2025 at 8:00 PM I had the pleasure of welcoming colleagues from BCG at the Courtyard Mitte City Centre on Axel-Springer-Straße as a CityHunters team guide. Nine participants took part and I split them into seven teams — eager, motivated and ready for a real team building experience in Mitte.
After a short briefing on the game rules and the technology the teams received their iPads and set off. They were then on their own, competing in good spirits: points were awarded for correctly solving puzzles and for creative team challenges. Our route took the groups past landmarks like the Brandenburg Gate, Museum Island and the Reichstag — Mitte showed its best side and provided the perfect backdrop for a genuine team building experience in Mitte.
During the tour I was available by phone in case anyone needed help or wanted to make a quick adjustment to a team. Otherwise it was fast thinking, good team communication and enjoyment in the hunt for clues. The atmosphere was uniformly positive: laughter around every corner, surprising aha moments and a tangible sense of togetherness that does exactly what we aim for with our events — a lasting team building experience in Mitte.
After two hours all groups met back at the starting point for the award ceremony. I was delighted to announce the winning team: wiener, dodel und co. took first place with 255 points, followed by les frouzes in second with 225 points. The mood was upbeat, the shared experience clearly brought joy and strengthened team spirit.
