Team Building Event Agap2-MoOngy GmbH
On 12 May 2025 at 4:30 pm, 45 participants from Agap2‑MoOngy GmbH gathered in Bad Herrenalb, eager for our shared adventure.
As the CityHunters team guide I welcomed the group at the Schwarzwald Panorama Hotel on Rehteichweg and gave a brief introduction to the game. After splitting into seven teams, the groups received their devices and clues and then set off to compete. With a clear goal and good spirits, each team headed out — ready for a real team building experience in Bad Herrenalb.
The route led the teams through the picturesque town, past landmarks such as the Cistercian Abbey Herrenalb, the Brick Museum and with views toward Falkenstein Castle. Along the way there were small puzzles and team challenges to solve: cracking codes, answering tricky questions and tackling creative group tasks. Points were awarded for correct solutions and successful team performances, resulting in many happy, focused and occasionally quite loudly debating teams.
During the tour the groups were largely on their own but could call me at any time if questions came up. That provided reassurance without dampening the competitive spirit. The weather cooperated, the mood was excellent, and the mix of puzzles, exploration and shared challenges visibly strengthened team bonds — exactly what a team building experience in Bad Herrenalb is all about.
After two hours everyone met back at the Schwarzwald Panorama Hotel for the awards ceremony. The tension was palpable: the winning team Gasby took first place with 270 points, followed closely by Teamname with 255 points. In third place was Vinner with 240 points. Applause, laughter and some well-deserved congratulations rounded off the afternoon.
Events like this repeatedly show that Geocaching brings together fun, competition and creative thinking and is ideal for a team building experience in Bad Herrenalb. It was a thoroughly successful, lively evening — an experience that will keep colleagues connected for a long time.
