Team Building Event RK Rose+Krieger GmbH
As the CityHunters team guide I had the pleasure of leading a special company event on 10 May 2025 at 2:00 PM: 17 colleagues from RK Rose+Krieger GmbH met at the Weser promenade in Minden in perfect weather and great spirits. We split the group into three teams and set off full of anticipation for our shared adventure.
After a brief welcome and an explanation of the schedule all teams received tablets with the CityHunters app, which controlled the tasks and stations. I explained the main functions and gave final tips before the teams set off. Especially for a Geocaching experience good timing is important, and so our team building experience in Minden started on time and ran smoothly.
The teams explored the city center on their own and competed in a friendly contest for the most points. Points were awarded for correctly solved puzzles, creative team challenges and cleverly combining clues. The route led to some of the citys most beautiful spots: from Minden Cathedral to the City Theatre Minden, to the old town hall and the charming streets along the river. I was available by phone throughout the tour in case help was needed.
After two hours everyone met back at the Weser promenade for the awards ceremony. The winning team Ark Spirit One prevailed with 255 points, Team 3 came in second with 210 points, and Powerwoman+MIK took third with 195 points. There was great joy at the award presentation, a fitting end to our shared team experience.
Events like this show how quickly cohesion and communication can grow: laughter, solving puzzles together and shared discovery create lasting memories. A team building experience in Minden combines city exploration with active collaboration and turns colleagues into a real team.
