Team Building Event FLT Automation GmbH
On May 8, 2025 at 4:00 PM I had the pleasure of guiding an exciting iPad Murder Mystery Tour for the staff of FLT Automation GmbH in Waldenburg. We met centrally on Waldenburg Hauptstrasse, where I welcomed the group, gave a brief introduction to the app and presented the three teams – NBMCB, The Waldenburgers and Schnitzelhunter.
With 15 participants divided into three teams the Scavenger Hunt began: each team received an iPad with our CityHunters app, got a short run-through of navigation and tasks, and then set off to follow the trail of cases. The game elements demanded problem solving, clear communication and creativity – exactly the ingredients that make a team building experience in Waldenburg so effective.
The route led the teams through Waldenburgs historic lanes and past highlights such as Schloss Waldenburg (Hohenlohe), the Waldenburg parish church and the distinctive Lachnersturm. The built-in map and the case descriptions on the iPads made it easy to find the way, allowing the teams to work through puzzles and tasks independently. I remained reachable by phone throughout in case any technical questions or uncertainties arose.
In a friendly competition the groups collected points for correct answers and completed team challenges. The weather was on our side – not perfect, but pleasant enough to enjoy the city and keep spirits high. Moments like these strengthen team bonds and make a team building experience in Waldenburg truly memorable.
After about two and a half hours all teams met again on Waldenburg Hauptstrasse for the awards ceremony. The leaderboard reflected some close battles: first place went to NBMCB with 360 points, followed by The Waldenburgers with 330 points and Schnitzelhunter in third with 315 points. There was plenty of joy over both success and shared memories.
iPad Murder Mystery Tours combine playful crime drama with genuine teamwork. I am glad we could offer FLT Automation GmbH an entertaining and effective team building experience in Waldenburg – an afternoon everyone will remember fondly for a long time.
