Team Building Event EY GmbH & Co KG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft
The 43 participants from EY GmbH & Co KG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft gathered eagerly and full of anticipation for our iPad Tour in Palma de Mallorca.
As the CityHunters team guide I welcomed the group on 27 April 2025 at 5:30 p.m. at Parc de Sa Feixina and gave a brief introduction to the technology and rules. After a briefing on the iPads and the CityHunters app, colleagues were split into seven teams and set off across Palma de Mallorca, each group following its own route in a friendly competition to score the most points.
The task was clear: solve puzzles, complete team challenges and come up with creative solutions. In a charming way team spirit was strengthened and there was no shortage of fun. The teams visited well-known sites such as the Cathedral of Palma, the Palacio Real de la Almudaina and the Parque del Mar, experiencing a team building experience in Palma de Mallorca in a whole new, interactive way.
During the tour the groups were largely on their own but could reach out to me at any time if they had questions — I was available by phone to help. The weather was perfect, the atmosphere was great, and the mix of history, culture and modern technology made this team building event a special experience.
After about 2.5 hours everyone met back at Parc de Sa Feixina for the award ceremony. There was great excitement when we announced the results: winner was Team Sonne with 315 points, followed by CitEY Racers with 285 points and Hamburg Meine Perle in third with 270 points. Congratulations to all teams for their effort and creative solutions!
This experience once again showed how positive and lasting a team building experience in Palma de Mallorca can be: play, discovery and collaboration in one of the Mediterranean's most beautiful cities. For everyone involved it was an evening full of fun, exchange and shared moments of success.
