Team Building Event BitHawk AG - CH
As a team guide for CityHunters, I had the pleasure of leading a lively iPad Tour for 30 employees of BitHawk AG - CH in Bern on 27.03.2025 at 4:15 PM. We met at Bahnhofplatz, where I welcomed the group, gave a short introduction to the CityHunters App and the iPads, and divided everyone into five teams. The mood was instantly upbeat — the perfect starting point for an active team building experience in Bern.
Our iPad Tour in Bern combines modern technology with playful city exploration: each team navigated the city center independently, solved puzzles and tackled creative team challenges at various stations. Along the way the groups discovered well-known sights such as the Zytglogge, the Federal Palace and the Bern Cathedral, experiencing the city in a whole new way. It's always a pleasure to see how a team building experience in Bern brings people together and gets conversations flowing.
During the tour the teams were on their own and engaged in friendly competition for the highest score. Points were awarded for correctly solving puzzles and completing tasks as a team. The CityHunters App showed the scores in real time, which kept everyone motivated and turned the day into an exciting contest. As team guide I was available by phone to answer questions and to make sure everything ran smoothly.
The weather cooperated — pleasant and ideal for a walk through the old town. After about two and a half hours all teams met again at Bahnhofplatz for the awards ceremony. The atmosphere was lively and appreciative: a team building experience in Bern thrives on moments like these, where success, laughter and shared memories come together.
A highlight worth mentioning was the winning team Fumi, who emerged as the laughing champions with 0 points on the scoreboard, which brought many smiles and only strengthened the team spirit. Surprises like this are part of the charm of our iPad Tour in Bern.
I am already looking forward to the next team building event in Bern — a perfect mix of culture, technology and team spirit. Once you experience Bern this way, it quickly becomes clear that a team building experience in Bern is not only fun but also creates lasting memories.
