Team Building Event Netze BW GmbH
Perfect weather accompanied our Geocaching afternoon and immediately lifted the mood in the group.
On 06.03.2025 at 16:00 I met the ten participants from Netze BW GmbH at the Parkhotel Pforzheim on Deimlingstraße as their team guide. After a short, motivating introduction and an explanation of the CityHunters app, the participants were split into two teams and off they went: a pure team building experience in Pforzheim.
The teams explored Pforzheim city center on their own, solving puzzles and tackling a variety of team challenges. The route led to well-known and charming spots around the city – from St. Michael's Church to the Jewelry Museum and the Barfuesserkirche – offering the perfect mix of sightseeing and competition. The team building experience in Pforzheim showed itself at its best: collaboration, creativity and speed were required.
I remained available by phone throughout the tour in case any questions or small issues came up. The tasks called for spatial thinking, solid teamwork and sometimes a willingness to try unconventional ideas. Everyone was able to contribute their strengths, and the shared problem-solving visibly brought the group closer together.
After about two and a half hours everyone met back at the Parkhotel for the awards ceremony. The tension was palpable as the points were added up: the victory went to team DiGiwinner with 420 points; the second place went to Elfenbeinturm, also with 420 points. A great finale to a dynamic event.
Geocaching with CityHunters is a wonderful way to make a team building experience in Pforzheim lively and playful. The participants said goodbye smiling and with many new impressions of Pforzheim – from interesting stories at the Reuchlinhaus to surprising viewpoints around the theater. Experiences like these not only strengthen team spirit but are simply fun.
I am already looking forward to the next team building event and to more groups who want to discover Pforzheim in this interactive way.
