Team Building Event UNIQA

The weather could not have been better — bright sunshine accompanied our Geocaching adventure through Prague.

As the CityHunters team guide, I had the pleasure of welcoming twelve enthusiastic colleagues from UNIQA at the Rudolfinum, Alšovo nábř., on March 5, 2025, at 3:00 PM. After a short introduction and the distribution of tablets, the participants were split into two teams and set off full of energy. This Geocaching format is a wonderful way to combine a team building experience in Prague with fun and discovery.

The route took the teams past landmarks such as the Charles Bridge, Prague Castle and the Old Town Square. Small puzzles and team tasks were waiting everywhere, offering points to be earned. The challenges demanded communication, creativity and quick decision-making — perfect ingredients for a lasting team building experience in Prague.

During the tour the teams were on their own, using their different strengths to crack codes, find clues and solve tasks together. I stayed available by phone in case questions or technical problems came up — support was always just a call away. It was precisely this trust and responsibility that made the activity so rewarding for the group.

After exactly three hours everyone met again at the Rudolfinum for a joyful awards ceremony. With great cheer Team One celebrated the victory with 180 points, followed by Team Winners with 90 points. The teams in first through third place received medals in recognition of their performance — a lovely, unifying moment to close our experience.

Geocaching in Prague offers more than competition: it creates shared memories, brings colleagues closer together and showcases the city in an interactive, lively way. I already look forward to the next event and to introducing more groups to Prague’s special atmosphere. A team building experience in Prague — engaging, exciting and lasting!
