Team Building Event Netze BW GmbH
Eleven employees of Netze BW GmbH met punctually at 1:00 PM at the agreed meeting point on Siedlerstraße, ready for an exciting team building event.
As the CityHunters team guide I welcomed the group and gave a brief rundown of the plan: two teams were formed, each received the instructions and a tablet with the CityHunters app preinstalled. Then the real adventure began — Geocaching, solving puzzles and tackling team challenges together. This kicked off a lively team building experience in Gäufelden that left plenty of room for exploration and collaborative problem-solving.
The route took the teams through the charming town center of Gäufelden, past landmarks like the Church of Our Lady, the small market square and other notable spots. During the tour the teams were on their own and competed against each other in friendly rivalry: points were awarded for correctly solving puzzles and successfully completing team tasks. I was available by phone throughout the game in case any questions or minor issues came up.
The weather cooperated, keeping spirits bright and motivated — ideal conditions for a real team building experience in Gäufelden. It was a pleasure to watch different personalities work together, come up with creative solutions and support one another. The blend of navigation, brainpower and teamwork created many moments that will be remembered for a long time.
After exactly two hours all teams returned to the starting point on Siedlerstraße, where the tension was palpable during the award ceremony. With enthusiastic applause the winning team Bessere hälfte was announced — a fitting end to this intense afternoon, even if the scoreboard showed a surprising number.
Geocaching in Gäufelden combines playful challenges with local discovery and reinforces team spirit in the long term. For me as a guide it was a great pleasure to accompany this team building event and to see how much such activities promote togetherness.
