Team Building Event Eruditus Executive Education FZ-LLC
The perfect weather accompanied our iPad Tour in Turin and set a cheerful tone right from the start.
On January 29, 2025 at 3:00 PM I had the pleasure of welcoming the group of 16 participants from Eruditus Executive Education FZ-LLC at Piazza San Carlo as a CityHunters team guide. After a warm introduction we briefly explained how to use the iPads and the main features of the CityHunters app: live scores, interactive task progress and a motivating live chat. That is how our modern city tour began — a real experience for anyone who wants to actively shape a team building experience in Turin.
The participants were split into four teams and each team received an iPad as their central tool. Each group set off on its own to rediscover Turin. Along the route there were stations with puzzles and creative team tasks that required observation, inventiveness and collaboration. Between historic highlights such as the Mole Antonelliana, the Museo Egizio and the Palazzo Madama they solved puzzles, debated and laughed — this is how a team building experience in Turin really comes to life.
Throughout the tour I was reachable by phone in case of technical questions or queries about the tasks. The competitive element added extra momentum: points were awarded for correctly solved puzzles and successful team tasks, which were reflected live in the app. After two hours all groups met again at Piazza San Carlo for a joint awards ceremony.
The excitement was high when we announced the rankings: the winning team Mama took first place with 160 points. In second place was Sky team with 115 points, and third place went to Yaam with 105 points. The teams in first to third place received well-deserved medals — a celebratory end to an energetic afternoon.
This event once again showed how well city discovery, technology and a team building experience can be combined. A team building experience in Turin offers not only fun but also strengthens team cohesion.
I look forward to the next groups who want to experience Turin in this modern, interactive way.
