Team Building Event Rotenburger Werke
As a CityHunters team guide I led an iPad Tour on December 2, 2024 at 11:00 for 12 people from Rotenburger Werke in Bremen. The meeting point was the central square Unser Lieben Frauen Kirchhof, where I warmly welcomed the group and gave a brief introduction to the CityHunters app and the handling of the iPads. The mood was hopeful — and although the weather gave us an autumnal touch, it only made the tour feel more lively.
Participants were split into two teams and set off: a real team building experience in Bremen where strategy, creativity and a good sense of fun were equally important. Each team received an iPad as the key to the Scavenger Hunt and made their way through the old town on their own, while the CityHunters app displayed scores and an encouraging live chat accompanied the competition.
Our route took the teams past well-known sights — a short detour to the Bremen Town Musicians, a view of Bremen Town Hall and moments near Bremen Cathedral provided many aha moments and great photo opportunities. At the stations interactive puzzles and creative team tasks awaited, rewarding perseverance and cooperation. Points were earned by correctly solving the challenges — an exciting contest that created genuine team building experience.
During the three hours I was reachable by phone to provide immediate support with questions or technical hurdles. The teams organized themselves independently and were free to find their own paths — exactly what makes our format a special experience: a modern team building experience in Bremen that combines play, culture and communication.
After exactly three hours all groups met again at Unser Lieben Frauen Kirchhof for the joint awards ceremony. There was great joy when we announced the winning team Doksee — with the curious statistic of 0 points, which in no way diminished the fun and the shared achievement. Such surprises are part of our tours and make every team building event in Bremen unique.
I am already looking forward to the next groups who want to discover Bremen in this interactive way. The team building experience in Bremen that day was creative, bonding and full of energy — despite or perhaps because of the changeable weather. An all-round successful experience for everyone involved.
