Team Building Event Bundeswehr Koblenz

On November 28, 2024 at 12:45 PM I had the pleasure of starting the iPad Tour as a CityHunters team guide for 37 participants from the Bundeswehr Koblenz. The meeting point was Josef-Goerres-Platz, from where six energetic teams set off. The briefing made one thing clear: this tour combines modern technology with classic city sightseeing — a real highlight for a team building experience in Koblenz.
Armed with iPads and our CityHunters app, the groups navigated the city, discovered corners around the Deutsches Eck with the Kaiser Wilhelm Monument, stole glances at the Ehrenbreitstein Fortress and admired the historic facades of the Electoral Palace. At various stations interactive puzzles and creative team tasks scored points. The app provided live scoring, encouraged exchange and turned the whole thing into an exciting high-tech Scavenger Hunt.
During the tour the teams were on their own, developing strategies, laughing, puzzling and strengthening their bonds — exactly what a team building experience in Koblenz is about. I was reachable by phone and able to help quickly if needed, but I deliberately stayed in the background so the groups could find their own solutions.
After two hours everyone met again at Josef-Goerres-Platz for the awards ceremony. The excitement was high: the winners were Glühwein with an impressive 135 points, followed by Tot with 115 points and Team 4 with 105 points. A warm round of applause for all groups who took part with such enthusiasm and team spirit.
The weather was on our side and added to the positive atmosphere — ideal for finishing the day in town with good food. Our format combines culture, play and collaboration in a modern way and turns the team building experience in Koblenz into something that lingers long after.
