On October 26, 2024 at 11:00 AM I met the 15 participants from Hasenkamp Relocation Services GmbH at the Palais am Festungsgraben. After a short welcome and briefing we split into three teams, received the iPads with our CityHunters app and got a quick tech and game overview. During the roughly 2.5-hour tour the teams competed in a friendly contest for the most points: correct answers, clever team tasks and quick decisions were rewarded. I remained available by phone the entire time in case questions or technical issues arose — a reassurance that put many groups at ease without disrupting the game. That allowed each group to focus entirely on collaboration and strategy.
At the end we met again at the Palais am Festungsgraben for the award ceremony. The atmosphere was lively; everyone had laughed, debated and celebrated successes together.
