Team Building Event Spell GmbH
Karlsruhe once again showed how much fun and discovery a city can offer — perfect for our CityHunters format and for a team building experience in Karlsruhe.
As the team guide, I welcomed the group from Spell GmbH at 12:30 p.m. on October 15, 2024. We met on Erbprinzenstraße, where I gave a short introduction to the tour and divided everyone into three teams. A total of 13 colleagues took part, ideally split into three teams, and after a brief briefing with tablet and app everyone set off.
The route took us across the city center and passed well-known sights such as Karlsruhe Palace, the State Art Gallery Karlsruhe and the Zoological City Garden, which provided a great backdrop. In our Geocaching format the aim was to find clues, solve puzzles and approach joint team tasks creatively. That is what real team building experience in Karlsruhe looks like: thinking together, laughing together and seeing the city from a new perspective.
Over the roughly three hours the teams were on their own, competing in a friendly contest for the most points. Points were awarded for correctly solved tasks and imaginative team performances. I remained reachable by phone in case any questions or minor problems came up — in the end everything stayed relaxed and well organized.
The weather cooperated and the atmosphere was lively and energetic. Back at the starting point on Erbprinzenstraße everyone came together again for the award ceremony. First place went to team Spellino die Gewinner with 360 points. In second place were Supreme and DB - Die Besten, both with 255 points. The winning team received well-deserved medals and applause from the whole group.
Experiences like this show that team building experience in Karlsruhe combines a spirit of discovery with collaboration. For the participants it was more than a competition — it was a day full of fun, shared successes and new insights into the beautiful city of Karlsruhe. I am already looking forward to the next adventure with a new group.
