Team Building Event AniCura Deutschland GmbH
Heilbronn blends historic facades with a lively city center — a perfect setting for an active team building event.
On October 10, 2024 at 4:00 PM I accompanied an iPad Tour as a CityHunters team guide for nine colleagues from AniCura Germany GmbH. The meeting point was the Market Square, where we were warmly welcomed and given a brief introduction to using the iPads and the CityHunters app.
The group split into three teams and set off to explore the city center. Our iPad Tour in Heilbronn combines modern technology with playful experiences: the app provided puzzles, interactive tasks, and real-time score updates — an ideal setting for a team building experience in Heilbronn.
Along well-known sights such as Kilianskirche, the Old Town Hall, and the Fleischhaus, the teams solved creative challenges, pairing observation with communication and developing strategies to score as many points as possible. During the tour the teams operated independently and competed against each other in good spirits. I was reachable by phone at any time for questions.
The weather cooperated, the mood was excellent, and there were many moments of shared laughter and encouragement. Experiences like this create connections — that is exactly what a team building experience in Heilbronn is about: discovering together, collaborating, and celebrating successes.
After exactly two hours everyone met back at the Market Square for the awards ceremony. Winners of the afternoon were Die fantastischen 4 with 120 points, closely followed by Curally with 115 points. The pleasure at the prize presentation was great and the atmosphere warm: a thoroughly successful team building event.
As a guide it was rewarding to see how quickly teams come together and how much fun an interactive city discovery can be.
