Team Building Event Afry Deutschland GmbH
As a team guide for CityHunters I had the pleasure of welcoming 21 motivated colleagues from Afry Deutschland GmbH at Dalbergplatz on 10 October 2024 at 2:30 pm. After a brief introduction we split the group into four teams and the excitement was palpable: a real Murder Mystery Geocaching adventure started right in Mannheim. Pure team building experience in Mannheim!
Armed with tablets and our custom app, the teams set off on the trail. The route took them to well known spots and landmarks such as Schloss Mannheim, Kunsthalle Mannheim and Nationaltheater Mannheim, with each stop turning into the setting for a new case. Technology met adventure as everyone collected clues, cracked puzzles and tackled team challenges. It was a great way to see the city from a fresh perspective and let team spirit grow naturally.
The four teams were left to their own devices during the tour and competed in good spirits for the highest score. Points were awarded for correctly solved puzzles and well executed tasks, with creativity and teamwork earning extra credit. I stayed reachable by phone throughout in case any team needed help. Despite the rainy weather the mood was fantastic: the rain added atmosphere, umbrellas became allies and shared laughter strengthened the bonds. A perfect example of a team building experience in Mannheim under unusual conditions.
After 3 hours all teams returned to Dalbergplatz for a cheerful awards ceremony. The winning team Die 5????? finished with 195 points, followed by Maske with 180 points and Wolfgang Heribert with 165 points. The joy of shared successes and the aha moments during the challenges clearly took center stage — that is what makes our Murder Mystery Geocaching such a powerful team building experience.
It was wonderful to see enthusiasm, communication and creative thinking come together. If you want to discover Mannheim in an exciting way while strengthening team spirit, I can wholeheartedly recommend this experience. The team building experience in Mannheim was the clear winner that day and left everyone smiling for a long time.
