Team Building Event BAUHAUS AG
On October 8, 2024 at 3:00 PM I had the pleasure of guiding a special Murder Mystery Geocaching for BAUHAUS AG in Stuttgart. The 20 participants met me at the Kunstgebäude on Schlossplatz, were warmly welcomed and quickly divided into four motivated teams. The mood was great right away despite the slightly wet weather, which gave the tour a lively, almost cinematic atmosphere.
Armed with a tablet and our specially designed app, the teams set off on their urban detective adventure. The interactive murder mystery concept delivers exactly what we love about our events: suspense, puzzle fun and genuine team building experience in Stuttgart. The groups were largely on their own during the tour, competing against each other in friendly rivalry.
As they moved through Stuttgart, the challenges led the teams to well-known spots like the Staatsgalerie Stuttgart, the Old Castle and, of course, around Schlossplatz. At key locations they had to gather clues, solve puzzles and complete team tasks — points were awarded for creativity and correct solutions. I was reachable by phone throughout the game in case any questions or small obstacles came up.
The bad weather could not dampen the good spirits. On the contrary, it brought the teams closer together and produced many shared laughs and memories. Situations like that strengthen cohesion and show how well colleagues can complement each other in unexpected moments. That is exactly why our format is so popular for team building experience in Stuttgart.
After two exciting hours everyone met again at the Kunstgebäude on Schlossplatz for the award ceremony. Special applause went to the winning team Fantastisc 5, who scored an impressive 135 points. In second place was Girlpower with 90 points, followed by 1 Hahn 4 Hühner with 75 points. There was great joy over the successful cooperation and shared sense of achievement.
Events like these clearly show how much fun and added value team building experience in Stuttgart can bring. It was a pleasure to lead this Murder Mystery Geocaching and to accompany BAUHAUS AG on their shared experience around Stuttgart.
