Team Building Event Lindschulte Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH

The 45 participants from Lindschulte Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH met on October 2, 2024 at 9:00 AM for an exciting Geocaching event in Kelheim.

As the CityHunters team guide I welcomed the group at the Weissen Bräuhaus and, after a short introduction, gave all the essential information about the schedule and the technology. The group was split into seven teams, which then enthusiastically set off on the tour through the town. The weather cooperated and lent the whole morning a particularly pleasant atmosphere.

During the Scavenger Hunt the teams were on their own and competed in friendly rivalry for the highest scores. Points were awarded for correctly solving puzzles and successfully completing creative team tasks — a true team building experience in Kelheim that required communication and collective thinking. I stayed reachable by phone throughout the tour in case any assistance was needed.

The route led the groups past Kelheim’s notable sights: the imposing Befreiungshalle, the charming Old Town Hall and the Archaeological Museum of the city of Kelheim were among the stations where tricky tasks awaited. Everywhere there was an opportunity to rediscover Kelheim and soak up the local atmosphere.

The teams’ energy and playful spirit were contagious: they solved problems, debated and laughed — exactly the kind of moments that make a team building experience in Kelheim so valuable. The mix of competition, small successes and shared aha moments visibly strengthened team spirit.

After three hours all participants met again at the Weissen Bräuhaus for the award ceremony. Tension was high, and in the end Team Pünktlich emerged as the winner with 0 points. Regardless of the rankings the mood was exuberant and many confirmed how much the event had fostered togetherness.

Geocaching as a team building experience in Kelheim offers exactly this combination of adventure, discovery and bonding. For me as the guide it was a great pleasure to accompany the colleagues and see how much a morning like that brings people together.
