Team Building Event Berlin Erlebnisse
Mitte entices with history, vibrant diversity and constantly new corners waiting to be discovered.
As a team guide for CityHunters I had the pleasure of welcoming a group of 50 colleagues from the company Berlin Erlebnisse on 18.09.2024 at 5:00 PM, meeting in front of the Maritim ProArte on Friedrichstraße. After a brief greeting and some instructions, participants were divided into eight teams, given their tablets with the CityHunters app and set off along the route full of enthusiasm. This is real team building experience in Mitte: planning together, communicating and rediscovering the city.
The next two hours belonged to the teams: independently solving puzzles, tackling creative team tasks and collecting points were the focus. The challenges led to well-known spots such as the Brandenburg Gate, Museum Island and the Berlin Cathedral, always with a wink for explorers. Our role as guides was to prepare the group; during the Scavenger Hunt I was available by phone if anyone needed help.
The competitive spirit added extra drive, but fun and togetherness were at the heart of it. Every task demanded different skills and helped make team dynamics and communication noticeably stronger. This is exactly why Geocaching is such a wonderful form of team building experience in Mitte: playful challenges meet urban exploration.
After exactly two hours all teams returned to the starting point for the awards ceremony. In beautiful weather the tension was released: the winner was team Klopera with 210 points. Coming in next were Sharp Sharks and Fit 4 fight with 165 points each, a close and thrilling result.
It was a wonderful evening full of laughter, aha moments and real team achievements. Anyone planning an experience in the future can see how much energy and connection a well-organized team building event releases. Team building experience in Mitte is tangible, varied and sustainable, and I am already looking forward to the next adventures in this fascinating city.
