Team Building Event GKV-Spitzenverband
The sun was shining and the weather was simply perfect for our iPad Murder Mystery Tour through Erkner.
As the team guide for CityHunters I had the pleasure of welcoming 32 enthusiastic colleagues from the GKV-Spitzenverband at the training center on Seestraße on September 18, 2024 at 3:30 pm. After a short briefing I split the group into five teams and equipped each team with an iPad, and then the exciting race through the town began.
The atmosphere was fantastic: focused puzzle solving, lively discussions and plenty of laughter while tackling the tasks. The teams were largely on their own and competed in friendly rivalry for the most points. Points were awarded for correctly solved puzzles and for creative team challenges — the perfect ingredients for a successful team building experience in Erkner.
The route led the groups past well-known sights, including the Gerhart Hauptmann Museum, the Genezareth Church and the Maulbeerbaum natural monument. These historic and charming spots provided the backdrop for tricky cases and repeatedly invited participants to discover Erkner from a new perspective. The team building experience in Erkner took on a particularly lively character.
I was available by phone throughout the tour in case any questions arose or small technical issues needed resolving. After about two and a half hours all teams regrouped at the training center, eager for the awards ceremony and to see who had collected the most points.
The closing atmosphere was full of pride and good spirits: successful team performances were acknowledged, achievements were celebrated and the shared memories exchanged. For many participants this was not just a short game but a lasting experience that strengthened team spirit. Team building experience in Erkner could hardly be better.
I really enjoyed leading this group-oriented, interactive tour and seeing how Erkner, with its sights and our iPad Murder Mystery, became the perfect place for an effective team building experience.
