Team Building Event Microsoft Deutschland GmbH
With perfect weather our iPad Tour kicked off and immediately put everyone in a great mood.
As a CityHunters team guide I welcomed a lively group of 11 people from Microsoft Germany GmbH at Platz der Einheit on 17 September 2024 at 5:15 pm. After a brief introduction to the app and the rules we split the participants into two teams and the adventure began: a genuine team building experience in Potsdam, modern, interactive and full of discoveries.
The teams then made their own way through central Potsdam, passing landmarks such as the Brandenburg Gate, the Museum Barberini and Potsdam City Palace. At various stations puzzles and creative team tasks awaited to be solved — points were awarded for clever solutions, teamwork and speed. A competitive spirit quickly developed without anyone losing sight of the fun.
Throughout the tour I was reachable by phone in case of questions or technical problems. That gave the groups confidence and the freedom to focus fully on collaboration and strategy. The combination of culture, puzzle fun and modern technology is what makes our team building experience in Potsdam so special: you get to rediscover the city while strengthening team cohesion.
After two hours everyone met back at Platz der Einheit for the awards ceremony. It was a genuine moment of recognition and joy: the winning team Team Cook took first place with 115 points, closely followed by Team Brads Favourite with 110 points. Congratulations to both teams and thanks to everyone for the great energy.
