Team Building Event Autismus Deutschland Landesverband Berlin e.V.
Geocaching mixes play, puzzles and city exploration into a refreshing event concept — exactly what we experienced on 13 September 2024 at 4:00 pm for the Landesverband Autismus Deutschland Berlin.
As team guide I welcomed 36 participants at the Palais am Festungsgraben and briefly explained the schedule and rules. From the eager faces seven teams formed, and with our app and a few guiding hints they set off on their adventure. Right from the start you could feel how exciting a team building experience in Mitte can be: planning together, thinking things through and then heading out.
The route led the groups through the lively heart of Mitte — past impressive landmarks such as the Brandenburg Gate, the Reichstag building and Museum Island. The teams were mostly on their own and engaged in a friendly competition for the highest score. Points were earned by solving puzzles correctly and by completing creative team tasks that allowed everyone to contribute. For technical questions or support the groups could call me at any time — I was available throughout the route.
The weather turned out wet, but rain and wind only lifted spirits: sharing rain capes, huddling under an awning to work through a clue, or laughing over a particularly tricky hint — moments like these build connections. In my view, overcoming those conditions together takes the team building experience in Mitte to a new level.
After two hours we met back at the Palais am Festungsgraben for the awards ceremony. The joy of successful solutions, the recognition of creative team efforts and celebrating the winners together made for a fitting conclusion. Moments like these demonstrate how lasting a team building experience in Mitte can be: encounters that connect and memories that remain.
