Team Building Event DEX Training & Consulting GmbH
The weather was perfect — blue skies and pleasant temperatures accompanied our morning in Luxembourg.
As a CityHunters team guide I welcomed a lively group of 28 colleagues from DEX Training & Consulting GmbH on September 7, 2024 at 9:45 a.m. The meeting point was the Youth Hostel on Rue du Fort Olisy, where after a brief introduction the 28 participants were divided into 15 teams. During the briefing I explained the schedule, handed out the tablets with the CityHunters app and got the groups ready for their discovery tour of the city.
At our Geocaching event the aim was to solve puzzles together, complete tasks and find hidden clues. The teams were on their own, competing in friendly rivalry for the most points — points were awarded for correct answers and creative team challenges. I stayed available by phone during the tour in case of questions or minor technical issues.
The team building experience in Luxembourg showed its best side that morning: intense collaboration, loud cheers when puzzles were solved and plenty of laughter during teamwork. The route led the groups through Luxembourgs charming city centre; many stations provided little aha moments at places like the Grand Ducal Palace, the Cathedral of Our Lady and the Gëlle Fra. These stops combine sightseeing with playful challenges and make the team building experience in Luxembourg both effective and entertaining.
After about 2 hours and 15 minutes all teams met again at the Youth Hostel for the awards ceremony. Tension was high and the atmosphere joyful — in the end there were winners, but above all many satisfied teams who had strengthened their sense of togetherness.
Geocaching in Luxembourg offers exactly this mix of adventure, discovery and community spirit. As a guide I always enjoy seeing people grow closer and rediscover the city. The team building experience in Luxembourg remains an unforgettable event for all participants.
