Team Building Event Glarner Kantonalbank
The concept behind our iPad Tour combines modern technology with playful team building and an exciting city exploration – ideal for a team building experience in Constance.
As a CityHunters team guide, I had the pleasure of welcoming the 28 participants from Glarner Kantonalbank at the Historic Harbor Clock on Harbor Street on September 7, 2024 at 10:30 AM. After a warm introduction to the iPads and the CityHunters app, colleagues were split into five teams and the adventure began.
Our iPad Tour in Constance thrives on interaction: teams navigated the city center independently, solved puzzles, completed team challenges and collected points on the app’s live scoreboard. Landmarks such as Constance Cathedral, the Imperia and the Rhine Bridge repeatedly provided striking backdrops, prompting moments of discovery and conversation. Smaller, tucked-away corners of the city also invited exploration.
During the tour the groups were on their own and engaged in a friendly contest to score the most points. Points were earned by correctly solving puzzles and tackling creative team tasks – all in the spirit of an active team building experience in Constance. I remained reachable by phone throughout in case any technical or organizational questions arose.
After two hours everyone met back at the Historic Harbor Clock for the prize ceremony. In great weather we announced the results, laughed and shared memories. The mood was upbeat and it was clear the event not only provided fun but also visibly strengthened team spirit.
For me as a guide that is the core of our work: bringing people together, experiencing the city as a group and creating new connections through playful challenges. Anyone looking for a team building experience in Constance will find an iPad Tour to be a modern, interactive and sustainable way to connect, with unforgettable views of the Imperia, the atmosphere around the Cathedral and the charm of the Rhine Bridge.
I am already looking forward to the next team that wants to discover Constance in this lively way.
