Team Building Event BEV GmbH
The weather could not have been better — clear skies and pleasant temperatures accompanied our Geocaching adventure.
As the team guide for CityHunters, I had the pleasure of welcoming the 15 participants from BEV GmbH to Schlossplatz in Wolfenbüttel on September 6, 2024 at 4:00 pm. After a brief introduction we explained the format, handed out the devices and demonstrated the app so each group could set off into the city well prepared. The mood was hopeful and curious from the start.
Split into three teams, the groups began a pure team building experience in Wolfenbüttel. The route led past sights such as Schloss Wolfenbüttel, the Marienkirche and the Nathan memorial. Puzzles and creative team challenges awaited at every turn, demanding collaborative thinking, communication and ingenuity. Each solved puzzle scored points, and the friendly competition added extra motivation.
During the tour the teams were largely on their own and showed real initiative: discussions, shifts in tactics and shared aha moments were just as common as laughing together at unexpected solutions. I was reachable by phone for technical questions or quick check-ins so no one got stuck for long. Moments like these build lasting togetherness — a central benefit of the team building experience in Wolfenbüttel.
After two hours and fifteen minutes all groups met again at Schlossplatz for the award ceremony. The anticipation was high and the delight when the rankings were announced was contagious. First place went to team Die Gewinner with 285 points, followed by Winner Team with 225 points. Third place was taken by Schluckspechte with 210 points. Congratulations to all participants for their great effort!
The event once again demonstrated that the team building experience in Wolfenbüttel perfectly combines fun, curiosity and collaboration. The mix of city exploration, tricky challenges and the town's historic atmosphere — from the Dammfestung to the churches — makes these experiences unforgettable. I am already looking forward to the next adventure with such a motivated group.
