Team Building Event Raiffeisenbank im Oberpfälzer Jura eG
The beautiful late-summer weather stayed with us all morning and set the perfect mood for our Murder Mystery Geocaching on September 6, 2024 at 9:30 a.m. in Regensburg.
As the CityHunters team guide, I welcomed seven participants from Raiffeisenbank im Oberpfälzer Jura eG at Kohlenmarkt, the starting point of our exciting team building event. After a brief introduction and a rundown of the schedule and the tech, the groups were sent off: tablets running the app guided the investigators to various crime scenes in the heart of the city. The team building experience in Regensburg came to life as teams collected clues, cracked puzzles and completed team challenges to earn points.
Our route took the groups past several well-known landmarks — from Regensburg Cathedral to the Stone Bridge and the Old Town Hall — which served as the backdrop for the cases. The mix of city discovery and detective-style puzzle fun makes this format an outstanding team building experience in Regensburg: technology meets adventure, and participants experience the city from a new perspective.
During the three hours the teams were largely on their own, competing in a friendly rivalry for the most points. I remained available by phone for any questions or technical issues and enjoyed following the motivated atmosphere up close. It was particularly impressive how different strengths came into play — communication, powers of deduction and sometimes a good instinct for Regensburg's alleys.
After exactly three hours all teams met back at Kohlenmarkt for the awards ceremony. The winning team Azubis prevailed with 205 points and were celebrated accordingly. Each participant received a personalized certificate as a keepsake — a lovely memento of a day full of team spirit, fun and discovery. This experience once again shows that the team building experience in Regensburg connects people, strengthens bonds and stays memorable for a long time.
