Team Building Event Josef Urzinger GmbH
The 17 participants from Josef Urzinger GmbH met on September 5, 2024 at 10:00 AM at Max-Joseph-Platz, ready for an active morning full of puzzles and team spirit.
As the CityHunters team guide, I welcomed the group, gave a brief introduction and divided them into three teams. As usual with our format, the teams received tablets with the CityHunters app preinstalled and a short briefing so each group was well prepared to start the Scavenger Hunt. This is how good team building experience in Old Town begins: with clear guidance, digital support and plenty of anticipation.
During the roughly three-hour tour, the teams crisscrossed Old Town. The tasks led them to well-known spots and hidden corners — past landmarks such as the Frauenkirche, the New Town Hall and the Deutsches Museum. Time and again it required reasoning, creativity and teamwork: solving puzzles, completing small challenges and finding clues earned points and kept the groups buzzing.
The teams mostly worked independently and competed in a friendly rivalry for the highest score. I was reachable by phone in case of questions or technical issues, and it was great to see how the groups motivated each other and worked out solutions. That's exactly what makes team building experience in Old Town so valuable: shared moments where colleagues go beyond their usual limits.
After three hours we met again at Max-Joseph-Platz for the award ceremony. The winning team Pink took first place with 150 points, followed by Teufelskicker with 120 points and Urzinger with 90 points. The atmosphere at the prize giving was joyful and appreciative — a fitting finish to an intense group experience.
