Team Building Event Fahrrad XXL Service GmbH
As a CityHunters team guide, on September 3, 2024 at 4:00 pm I had the pleasure of leading a lively Geocaching tour for the employees of Fahrrad XXL Service GmbH in Frankfurt. The 18 participants met at Friedrich-Stoltze-Platz, received a brief briefing from me and were split into three teams — then the adventure through the city centre began.
The concept is simple and effective: a prepared app guided the groups to a variety of stations where they had to solve puzzles and tackle creative team tasks. The teams were on their own during the tour and competed in a friendly contest for the most points — I was reachable by phone in case of questions or technical issues.
The team building experience in Frankfurt was on full display that afternoon: participants debated, puzzled and laughed as they passed well-known sites such as the Römer, the Kaiserdom St. Bartholomäus and the Alte Oper. This mix of city exploration and playful competition strengthens bonds and creates shared memories.
Tasks ranged from cracking codes and observation exercises to group challenges that involved every team member. Events like this foster not just a competitive spirit but real togetherness — genuine team building experience in Frankfurt.
After exactly three hours all groups returned to Friedrich-Stoltze-Platz for the award ceremony. The race was exciting: the winning team Party People took first place with 270 points. Close behind was Frag nochmal nach Ben, also with 270 points, followed by Ei Gude Wie with 225 points. The atmosphere at the awards was celebratory and full of pride in what everyone had achieved together.
The weather cooperated, the city showed its charming side, and the combination of adventure, puzzle fun and the urban backdrop made the afternoon a successful example of team building experience in Frankfurt. Experiences like this linger in the memory and are a wonderful way to bring colleagues closer together.
