Team Building Event Schlenker Federn GmbH
The sun stayed with us all afternoon and the weather could not have been better.
As the team guide for CityHunters, on September 3, 2024 at 2:00 PM I had the pleasure of welcoming a group of seven colleagues from Schlenker Federn GmbH at Münsterplatz in Villingen. The mood was electric: curious, motivated and ready for a real team building experience in Villingen. After a short briefing on the iPad app and an introduction to the rules, the teams set off.
Our iPad Murder Mystery Tour led the participants through historic lanes and past well-known sights such as the Villingen Minster, the Franciscan Museum and the Capuchin Monastery. The app showed their position on the map and unlocked clues as soon as they arrived at the designated spots. The teams worked independently, solved puzzles, gathered clues and competed for the most points – which is exactly what makes the team building experience in Villingen so exciting and effective.
I was available by phone throughout the three hours in case any questions or problems arose. Simply exploring, combining information and puzzling things out together noticeably strengthened the group spirit. Some tasks demanded speed, others required creativity and communication – perfect ingredients for a lasting team building experience in Villingen.
After exactly three hours everyone met back at Münsterplatz for the awards ceremony. In bright sunshine the top teams were celebrated, stories were exchanged and the best moments of the game were relived. It was wonderful to see colleagues turn into a true team of investigators.
The iPad Murder Mystery Tour is more than just a game: it combines fun, discovery and effective cooperation in the beautiful surroundings of Villingen. I look forward to more companies eager to try this special team building experience.
