Team Building Event Wolpert Service GmbH
The perfect weather greeted us on that early autumn afternoon and set the tone for our Murder Mystery Geocaching in Heilbronn on September 2, 2024 at 2:00 PM.
As the team guide I welcomed the 16 participants from Wolpert Service GmbH at the market square, where we briefly went over the rules and split into groups. In this special team building event in Heilbronn the participants became investigators: armed with tablets and a dedicated app, they followed clues through the city—past Kilianskirche, the Old Town Hall and the distinctive Fleischhaus. This team building experience in Heilbronn combines city exploration, suspense and collaboration.
The group was divided into three teams, which then set off independently to compete for the most points. Points were awarded for correctly solving puzzles and for creative team tasks—speed, communication and inventiveness all counted. I remained reachable by phone throughout the tour in case of questions or technical issues.
The atmosphere was fantastic: laughter, focused discussions and many aha moments as clues came together. Some teams made use of the city architecture around Nikolaikirche and the Stadttheater to validate clues and to play to their team strengths. Moments like these are what make our team building experience in Heilbronn so special—you get to know the city and your colleagues in a lively, new way.
After exactly three hours we met back at the market square for the awards ceremony. Leading was team Wolperthunters with 255 points, followed by Schnitzel Kinder with 240 points and Wolperts Zukunft with 225 points. All teams participated with enthusiasm and contributed greatly to the shared sense of achievement.
It was a thoroughly successful afternoon: exciting puzzles, shared victories and a strong sense of team spirit. If you want to see Heilbronn from a different perspective next time, this Murder Mystery Geocaching comes highly recommended as an ideal team building experience in Heilbronn.
