Team Building Event End- und Dickdarmzentrum Hannover
Bright sunshine accompanied our iPad Murder Mystery Tour through Hanover and put everyone in a great mood right from the start.
As CityHunters team guide I welcomed 35 colleagues from the End and Colorectal Center Hanover at 10:00 at Opernplatz. After a brief introduction and a short iPad tutorial I split the group into five teams — then we were off: a team building experience in Hanover with a digital twist.
The iPads were our main tool during the tour: the app, with map view and location tracking, guided the teams to different locations, presented tricky cases and offered interactive challenges. The teams were on their own throughout the tour, competing against each other in a friendly contest.
Points were awarded for correctly solved puzzles and creative team tasks — speed, team spirit and clever problem-solving all counted. I remained reachable by phone the whole time for technical questions or clarifications and enjoyed the many enthusiastic calls from the teams.
Along the route the groups discovered familiar corners of Hanover, including the impressive New Town Hall, the historic Market Church and the Leine Palace. Between architecture and puzzle fun a real sense of togetherness emerged: exactly what a team building experience in Hanover is meant to achieve.
After two hours everyone met back at Opernplatz for the award ceremony. The tension was palpable as the points were announced: the winning team was Stollok Holmes with 130 points, followed by Die Herrenhäuser with 120 points and Blümchen in third place with 100 points.
Feedback showed that fun, competition and cooperation make a perfect combination. A team building experience in Hanover can be both entertaining and effective — colleagues get to know each other in a relaxed atmosphere and strengthen the kind of collaboration that matters every day.
It was a thoroughly successful morning that showed the city from a new angle and will be remembered fondly by all involved. Plan your next team building experience in Hanover — the city has a lot to offer and we look forward to accompanying you.
