Team Building Event Praxis all in med
Hanover often reveals surprising new perspectives — especially when you explore the city in a playful way.
As a team guide for CityHunters I led an exciting Murder Mystery Geocaching on August 9, 2024 at 9:00 AM with nine colleagues from the company Praxis all in med. The meeting point was Opernplatz, where I greeted the group and gave a brief overview of the schedule. For this team building event in Hanover the participants were quickly split into two teams and handed the clues and digital support that would guide them through the city center.
From there the hunt began: our investigators carried out their own inquiries, collected clues and solved puzzles at well-known spots like the New Town Hall, the Market Church and the Leineschloss. The tasks encouraged creativity and communication, and the teams competed against each other in a friendly rivalry — always aiming to score as many points as possible. The team building experience in Hanover happened naturally: people laughed together, debated solutions and assigned roles based on each person’s strengths.
I was available by phone throughout the tour in case anyone needed help. After two hours and thirty minutes everyone met back at Opernplatz for a joint debrief and the award ceremony. The weather cooperated, which lifted spirits and made the team building experience in Hanover an all-round success.
I was proud to announce the winners: Die Tröpfchen-Tanten took first place with 225 points. In second place came Team The MFA Heros with 195 points. Both teams showed tremendous commitment and team spirit — exactly what a great team building experience in Hanover is all about.
Events like this bring people together and create memories that last well beyond the working day. It always makes me happy to see how playful challenges connect colleagues and reveal new sides of the city. Until the next case in Hanover!
