Team Building Event Weyergans High Care AG
Our event concept combines Geocaching, puzzle fun and team dynamics into an active experience — exactly what we enjoyed on 26.07.2024 in Düren. At 10:00 I met the 12 participants from Weyergans High Care AG at the Marienkirche as the CityHunters team guide, where I gave the introduction to the schedule and explained the group assignments.
The group was split into four teams and received tablets with the CityHunters app and all necessary information. Then off they went: pure team building experience in Düren. The teams made their way through the city center, solving tricky puzzles and tackling creative tasks at various stations. They worked independently and competed in friendly rivalry for the most points. Points were awarded for correctly solved puzzles, clever team tasks and quick thinking.
The route led the teams past well-known spots — for example near the Leopold-Hoesch-Museum and along the paths around the Papiermuseum Düren — offering the perfect mix of city exploration and challenging tasks. Düren showed its best side: the weather was great, the mood was relaxed, and you could feel the participants’ enthusiasm everywhere. As guide I was reachable by phone throughout the tour, so small uncertainties were quickly resolved and the flow of the game was maintained.
After two hours all teams met again at the Marienkirche for the joint awards ceremony. The finale was a cheerful moment full of applause, laughter and well-deserved recognition for particularly original solutions. Moments like these are exactly what a team building experience in Düren is about: shared experiences, constructive competition and strengthening cooperation through playful challenges.
As a team guide I always enjoy seeing how much an event like this brings departments together and creates new opportunities for conversation.
